I think you nailed it. I have the same owner's manual with the 150 gal spec. I suspect the brochure is based on the design drawings and the owner's manual is based on the boats that came out of the shop. Maybe that's why there's a locker space aft of the main cabin tanks – the installed tanks were smaller than that in the specs.
That brochure was the original for my hull #2.
