Dear all,I don’t know if this is an inappropriate announcement
but I figured it might be somehow interesting:We live in Stockholm, Sweden, and always wanted to sail
in US waters. Being a yacht
designer myself (website address below), I was looking for a well-conceived
cruiser of realtively shoal draft and fell in love with Bill Shaw’s design for
the 424.We bought the #104 ex. ‘Veritas’, in 2008. Under her new name ‘Juno’ we have sailed, upgraded and loved her ever
since.There are a number of high resolution pictures
here:Now, the time has come for us to sail other waters;
sadly we cannot bring Juno to Europe because of the need to pay VAT and
to make a complete EU certification.Juno is located in Bristol, RI (where she was born!). We will be
announcing her through a local broker, asking somthing like $ 82,500. If any of
you know anyone potentially interested, please don’t hesitate to drop us a
