Had my starter go bad and was informed by the starter shop that fixed it (bad brush), that the starter is a Delco Remy 27MT made by GM. Much cheaper than buying from Westerbeke, and helpful to tell the guys in the starter shop if you Have to bring one in. Hope this can save some of you some money in the future! – if you haven’t already repowered lol
