I sent a fax to Rig Rite and Meggin called me around 1815 the same day. I had also sent an e-mail to Dick Conti at DC Products ( ()) asking him to intercede for me and he called a few minutes after Meggin to tell me that he had called her on my behalf. I won’t see the step until sometime next week. I sent them the old step as a model the first week in April. Two months to fabricate a new one.
