      Norris:

We have Windseeker, #214 on Long Island, NY., but we know Evanston well, as our daughter is in school there. Are you associated with NU in any way?

I'm also very familiar with Evanston, as I grew up there. Left to go to college (couldn't afford NU).
I also know there's no sailing in Evanston in February (not much in June either).

I’m not connected with NU, but they do have a sailing club. We uwsed keep Easy Reach in Waukegan, a 50 minute train ride from Evanston. When you detrain you can see the boats in the marina from the station. Very convenient, espcially if you don’t have a car. Lots of sailing off Chicago and some other nearby ports. I used to instruct for two different sailing clubs in the city.

      Rodd,

I’m not connected with NU, but if your daughter needs a local contact tell her to call me or my wife Janet at 847-475-6824. I was a alderman several years ago and have connections with city and county government and our local congresswoman.
