Thanks all for the great responses. 3 of the 5 I removed I'll replace. Two not so badly discolored nor leak and should clean up well. Rebedding was more the concern on these two. I was able to move them on their seats with not a lot of force.
The old Perko 1.5 inch unit under the galley will be replaced as I'm 'there now' and might as well do it. Standing in the bilge facing aft, with my head under the sole I think I can get a pipe wrench around the old one and get it to break lose from the thru hull fitting. I noticed it is bedded with clear silicone, another reason to pull it. I'll clean it up and add it to the ballast/spare inventory.
All will go back in with .5 inch FRP base plates sanded to mate with the hull curve and 5200'd into place.
The ideas on moving or combining the openings are valid, my engine installation last year ate up a large part of my season and this year I'm reluctant to start any big projects (with the expectation I'll have one anyway). This season will focused on getting away from the slip!
A quick search of seacocks produced this site for what looks to be pretty reasonable pricing. I've got a hose source here in Richmond that I want to check with also.
