With my roller application of the bottom paint I am able to get 2 full coats with one gallon plus one quart (5 quarts).

You need to roll it on rather thin, and of course need an extra coat around water line and leading edge of the keel. Two gallons is more than enough, but you are usually better off buying two gallons and saving the lefttover for the next paint job, rather than buying the much more expensive quart sizes.

BTW for those curious, specs show us as having 372 Sq ft of wetted surface area.

      Rodd,

Where did you find that wetted surface figure?

This means for Super Shipbottom paint, you'll need two gallons. I've found due to it's thinness that it generally covers more than advertised rather than less than advertised.
