Has anyone had trouble with Discount Marine Supply.com?

I ordered some fittings from them and one line item of the order (about
1/3 the total value of the order, and of course the four parts I needed
most) were not shipped. The order though is listed as closed. They
have not responded to email and their phone goes into a full v-mail box.

Anyone else have problems with this company or should I just give it a
few more days?
