Hello Pearson owners,
I am seriously considering purchasing a Pearson 424 and given some
constraints may not be able to sea trial the boat before placing an offer. I
have done my homework and believe the Pearson 424 Ketch is a great option
for my needs. I live in the San Francisco Bay area and would love to test
sail and discuss the boat. I will buy lunch/dinner/drinks for anyone willing
to go on a sail with me! Please let me know if you are interested. Thanks!
Jamie

SpectatorI wouldn’t buy a new boat without a sea trial, let alone a 30 year old boat.
On my sea trial we found out the heat exchange was gummed up because the
engine overheated!-p

Jamie,
I have a 424 in Alameda. I would be happy to take you out for a sail sometime. I have a sloop rig but you could get a good feel for how they sail on a breezy afternoon on the Bay.
