      Hi All,

Happy New Year and fair winds.

Knocked off a few just jobs for 2014. Major changes were for the hard dodger, relocated mainsheet track, hard bimini with solar panels mounted, relocated winches, instrument pod and relocated engine controls.

The old mainsheet track has been replaced with a low profile system still using the same track, but mounted on a laminated teak base. This is just forward of the main hatch garage.

Having the engine controls as shown is pure pleasure. I will never understand why Pearson had them located in two different locations.

The instrument pod has worked out well. As it goes, the PO had two depth gauges, so I retained them (one for the keel and one for waterline). Additional items are a USB charger and external speaker for the VHF. I hope to add a chain counter on this panel.

Currently painting the deck with the roller-tip method. Cockpit has been done after covering up many defunct holes. Perfection paint is a treat.

Very handsome, Dennis. Looks like a first-rate job.

Can you get at the mizzen sail to furl and reef it?
