I am doing a complete repower of Island Bound, hull 31, 1978. Removing the W 60, old V drive and shaft. I am, along with my mechanic, putting in a Kubota 2403 (53 hp) a new V drive and shaft. If anyone is interested in how it goes and a report of how the engine performs, let me know. We should be done in 2 weeks. I am in Ft. Lauderdale. Regards, Cindy Stein

Oh you know we’re interested in that. Full pics and stories please!

I’m especially interested in what if any modifications were needed to fit in the new components and a ballpark sum for the total experience.
Also, did you do any of the work yourself?
