      Since we’re seriously considering purchasing a 424 we would like information on purchasing hull/liability insurance for planning purposes. We will be keeping the boat in NW Florida and plan to cruise to the Bahamas and possibly points farther south. Any current input would be appreciated.

      Having been with BoatUS for many years, the deductible on our policy has
      gone to zero and they were not pushing back on the value of the boat
      after refitting. These two features gave them the advantage after
      looking at many companies.
