Dick Conti has sold Metal Mast to Rig-Rite and has gone off on his own with a partner to form–I think its called DC Products. Does anyone have a phone number for him?

Or does anyone have a phone number for Rig-Rite which will get to a person to talk to? They have my mast step and aresupposed to be fabricating a new one, but they do no respond to my emails or return my phone calls. They’re not going into bankruptcy are they?

I have been dealing with Rig-Rite via fax over the last couple of weeks and
they responded quickly (or at least charged my credit card pretty quickly
when I ordered a new mast step for the mizzen!!)

I just sent them another fax looking for the tracking number, so I will let
you know if they respond.

I sent them a fax at 5:15 PM and they called me back within the hour with
the tracking number and confirmation of delivery, so they are still in
business.

Chuck – I just bit the bullet and ordered a mizzen step for $349. I was
thinking of getting one welded up, but too many other issues I am dealing
with right now ( let’s just say I am now able to sand the inside bottom of
the bilge from outside the boat right now!!)
