SpectatorI'm helping out Jack with something, he's on SSB only right now. He thinks he has a bearing where his shaft exits the hull. I definitely did not have one when I replaced my shaft this winter.
Does anyone have a bearing at the hull exit?
Thanks,

ModeratorThere is no bearing through the hull. There is a packing gland or dripless packing and the tube in the hull seems a little tight, but there shouldn't be anything in it except shaft.
