      It took us 5 months but finally took possession of Cygnus #80 424, moved up from a pearson 10m !! So exicted!

      Congratulations,

      My 424 is the 3rd Pearson that I have owned ('76 P28, '84 P34 and now '81 P424).  It's a great boat with many years of happiness (and sometimes frustration) ahead of you.  I have NEVER met anyone who doesn't speak very highly of the design and the value of the boat.  I have had mine for over 23 years and love it!!

      Congragulations – great boat.  I “stepped down” from a Cat/Morgan 44 (another great boat); to Acadia (Pea 424, cutter, hull 201) about a year ago.  Don’t let anyone tell you they are too slow; we corrected out and won class, Division, and Monohull overall in last year’s Pensacola to Havana race!
