I was trying to figure out the speaker. The Icom M504 puts out 25W nominal4 ohm so I guess as long as I have a 4ohm >25 W I’m good. for things like this it’s easier to just copy what someone else has done (assuming it works) and I was trying to find someone with an M504.
The standard Horizon Hailer outputs >25W at 4ohm so I figure they’re horns are fine. I think I’ll go with the square looking one (240SW) over the round one just so I can tell my boat apart from yours and Rich’s. 😉
