Cleaning the basement. I’ve got two mains to fit Hood Stoway mast, the “tall” version (Clairebuoyant is a 1981 sloop) so they wouldn’t fit the shorter ketch rig. One is a little undersized and a little light, came with the boat. The other is a 422 main recut and battens removed. Neither fit my rig as I extended the boom. A backup if you blow out your sail offshore, free, fob Annapolis, MD.

      Quent,
If no one has asked for the main, I am interested. I have the Hood in mast furling system on my ’79 sloop, which I think this is the same as the Stoway.

Two sails, two sailors. Give me a couple days to drag them out, check for mouse holes, and measure them, and report back. Then you guys can figure out who gets what.

Crownsville! Boat on the Severn River? We are practically neighbors. CB is in Whitehall Creek.
Hey out there, how many Chesapeake Bay P-424s are there? Enough to raft up at Wye River, Shaw Bay, and steal bragging rights from those Long Island Pond guys?

Make the raft up at the middle to end of October, and I'll be there!

      Lee and Mike-
Sorry I haven’t gotten to this sooner as promised, been kind of preoccupied lately. If you are both going to be around Annapolis re Boatshow, maybe we can do something then?

      Lee and Mike-
The sails are now in my truck. I’m going to try to get to tonight’s get together at Pussers, but I’m going to be in DC (a long story) until about 7:30. Best I can do is probably 8:30-9:00PM. If that’s too late, I’ll also be around all day Friday and Friday night. Cell is 410 562-8228.
