I have just started noticing vibrations in the mizzen mast around the area of the spreaders when the wind is blowing strong enough. These only occur dockside when the rags aren’t up. The top of the mast does not vibrate nor does the cockpit base. Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon? If so, how did you resolve it? I have tightened the inner shrouds, but to no avail.
