Sailors, I’ve got a Perkins 4-154 engine in excellent condition for sale. When I bought my 424 she was missing an engine, so after searching for a while I found this one, which is essentially the same motor as the Westerbeke 58. The engine had been sitting in a shop for a years when it was bought by a diesel mechanic in Alabama, who checked the compression, and function, changed the seals, and then put it up for sale. I’ve since decided to go electric, so I have this one, with transmission, for sale. If you’re looking to repower, give me a shout. Should be close to a drop in replacement for the 424.
