Pete,
The guy who took over my yacht dealership in Rhode Island will know
who’s best among the surveyors up there these days. My experience is
that there are huge differences between them, and usually only one or
two per region who are really good. In the Newport area it used to be
Tony Knowles, but I’ve been away for years. Tell your friend to check
