Stern Anchor ideas?

Anyone have some great ideas regarding mounting a large stern anchor for
ready access?

What with an outboard on the pushpit and davits with solar panels, it’s
pretty busy back there. We have a Fortress FX-37 for a stern anchor but
taken apart and stored in a bag low in the aft lazarette it is not doing
us a whole lot of good. That anchor also has some pretty sharp points
the need to be kept clear of the dinghy hanging on the davits. I plan to
put a chain pipe in the top of the coaming and store the chain and rode
in a bucket in the laz but have been stymied regarding how to mount the
anchor.
