Summer Rendezvous – Pearson 424 Community Site

  We are trying to get an exact count as to who will be attending the rendezvous. What we are planning is a catered BBQ on Friday eve and a restaurant dinner on Sat night. We need to know who is coming and how many from each boat will be dining at each event.
  
  Right now I have the following as coming:
  
  Rich Carter-yes
  Bob Fine- any weekend
  Don Barbor-This is it- Mystic-his daughter, one of her friends, plus a date?
  Norris Larson and Janet on Easy Reach-from Maine
  Adam MacNeil- end of July-large crew with kids
  David Thompson- yes if boat is ready by then
  Adam MacNeil- Anytime in July-will do his best to make it5th Child, #218
  Thatcher Stone
  Rodd Leeds
  Please let me know as soon as possible so I can approach a couple of caterers and get some pricing to show the group.

  If you endup driving, someone might have room on their boat for you to bunk overnight if you wish. We might have room on the main cabin settee.
