      Hi All,

      I’m updating some electronics and I am mounting a NavPod on my pedestal guard to hold my chartplotter. My boat is down on the Chesapeake right now and I am in New York, so I’m unable to measure my pedastal guard. I was just curious if someone knows the thickness of the steel tubing on the guard (my choices are 1″ or 1.25″) and if someone knows the spacing between the two bars as they pass through the pedestal (options are 9.5″ or 12″). I have attached a photo of my wheel and pedestal.

      Thanks very much in advance for any help.

      Hi Ryan,
      I’m on my boat and I just measured the binnacle guard.
      The measurements are;
      1″ thick tubing
      8 3/8″ between tubes
      9 1/2″ tube cantering
      I have a 1981 ketch.
      I hope that this helps.
