ParticipantI need to replace the Water Temp Switch ( not the temp sender). It is part of that AquaAlarm system with the Oil Pressure and Water alarm.
It’s the one with the 2 contacts. Any one have an actual part number?
Alan

RichCarterParticipantits just an automotive temperature switch. You can bring it to any auto-parts store and get a match.

ParticipantThat might be Westerbeke 30125
http://shop.torresen.com/ships_store/index.php?p=details&mfc=Westerbeke&sku=30125
I said “might” because this one appears to mount in upper t-stat housing. Other switches mount in lower housing including our engine. Apparently Westerbeke made some cooling system changes in 1981.
Suggest that you download Westerbeke manual and parts list for W-58 which are available for free as PDF docs on internet.
You might also try Ebay.

ParticipantQuent,
Thanks, took a bit of digging but I found it – 30125 is a single contact sender – yes in the upper housing.
39550 is the W.T. switch in the lower housing. They have changed the number a few times.
BTW the O.P switch is 37323
