I  used Awlgrip on mine.  My first coat was with the grit mixed in. You have your choice of grit to mix in. Once you mix it together,  wait 12 min. Start rolling,  keep mixing the product in your tray to keep the particles suspended,  you don’t have to tip it,  maybe along the taped edges only. The next day I rolled on just the Awlgrip,  No tipping.  The day after another coat of Awlgrip. It turned out nice.

Hello Charlie, I found out myself you can`t buy a rebuild kit. A friend of mine had to hunt around for different h2/o pumps and peice it together to rebuild one.  Westerbeke sells new ones for $900.00 . Call to check it out.     Good Luck !

in response to blister repair once a hull is stripped it should be washed out several times with fresh water and left out of the water for at least a couple months
To dry out. Sometimes longer. That is news none of us wants to hear.

Blue Moon; I pulled Cygnus every three years and always pulled her in Bow first and never had to remove anything  { Playboy Marina } Ft. Lauderdale.  Could it be a larger travelift ?
